The following aircraft are owned by the Adelaide Soaring Club. The primary role of the ASC owned aircraft is pilot training. They are also available for hire outside these times or when not required for this role

Cross Hire Fleet

The following aircraft are available for hire and fly. They are owned by club members who have cross hired them to the club. Some familiarisation training with an Instructor is required for the FK9 and the J230C before solo flying.

AIRCRAFT BOOKINGS

  • The ASC uses a website, goboko.comto book Instructors and Aircraft.
  • Training days are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with the latter being the busiest.
  • Club policy is that the club owned aircraft must be used first for training bookings.
  • If an additional aircraft is required for training, 24-7385 is to be used.
  • Aircraft not booked on training days can be used for Hire & Fly.
  • On days other than training days, all unbooked aircraft are available for Hire & Fly.

 

FAQ

Can I take aircraft away overnight?

  • Yes, you can take an aircraft away overnight. Many members have done this in the past. To do so, you need to discuss your plan with the CFI and obtain permission.
